RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup spinach, packed
3/4 cup plant milk (use only 1/2 cup for a thicker smoothie)
2 teaspoons maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend all ingredients on high until completely smooth and creamy.
2. Enjoy cold!
