So simple, it almost takes longer to describe than make. Uncomplicated recipes such as this require the freshest ingredients; check all the berries for ripeness and get an organic, active yogurt with the shortest possible ingredient list. For an added delight, pop the blueberries in the freezer for an hour for a slight crunch and burst of flavor.

Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 5-7 minutes

4 tablespoons honey oats granola bar, crushed
1 cup fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, divided
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, washed
1/2 cup raspberries
1 tablespoon mint, thinly sliced

1. Follow the prep technique next to each ingredient.
2. Combine the sliced strawberries with half the yogurt. In 4 separate glasses divide the strawberry mixture and place it on the bottom of each glass. Follow with the blueberries and raspberries.
